Smith Home reimagined this 1980s ranch style home, transforming it from cold and choppy to warm and welcoming. As a full gut renovation, we were able to create a layout to meet this family’s lifestyle. The result is a light-filled kitchen, living and dining room that opens up to their tropical backyard oasis, a large laundry room, gym and three spacious bathrooms. Our client wanted to play with the gorgeous natural light and lush surrounding landscape, so we layered various shades of cream with natural elements like white oak, stone and terrazzo, resulting in a home that is both approachable and sophisticated.
