When our clients found their fixer upper, it had a lot going for it: the right size, a great back yard, a wonderful street, and within walking distance to town. Unfortunately, it needed quite a bit of work. Working with a local architect to address structural issues, we designed a new floor plan that included an eat-in kitchen open to the family room, primary ensuite, kids' bath, powder room, office, and artist studio.
